Hi,
We are unable to log in to ARIS using client, after multiple server restarts also getting the same error.
Error Message-"Unable to log in to this tenant".
Status of admin tools-
*All services are in STARTED state in Aris Cloud Controller.
*ARIS Server Administrator is showing no connection.

Have you imported your ARIS license keys and assigned them at least to one user?
Even with not yet imported/assigned licenses you can access ARIS Administration via http://localhost/#default/adminLicences.

Our ARIS installation is pretty old, all licenses were imported during the installation & it was working fine till 2 jun '16 and since then we are unable to login. In UMC, ARIS Connect Server license is missing and import is throwing an error.
Please find the attached screen shot of the import error.
