Very Slow Downloads Aris10

Hi,

Previous downloads of ARIS have been slow & I had hoped that this issue would be rectified with ARIS 10. However this doesnt seem the case. Can anyone offer any suggestions as how to reduce the download time from 2 days (40kb/s) to hours?

The official line is for the download time to be 1 hour. But for me it takes +24hrs irrespective of whether I'm on a high speed university connection or at ADSL at home.

Hi Rune, I only have the ftp address not an http. Where can I find the http details?

Use HTTPS, that works for me. You can select that in ARIS Download Centre.
