We can login to Aris Cloud but we can't launch our project room. It is the second time in a week and it is getting really annoying... Could you please assist me with that?

It would be good to know what exactly does happen if you click on the "launch" button.

While I was working on an EPC in our project room when the IE window froze. I tried to recover the page with no luck. I signed out from ARIS cloud, closed all browser windows & restarted my computer.
I logged again in ARIS Cloud click Launch, a page is trying to open but it freezes
