Font type in template

Hi Ye Ding,

For ARIS there are two places where Fonts are available, one is Global Font and Local Font ( inside of database ). These Global Fonts are available to reports, templates...etc and the Local Font to database. 

When you edit the Template will show up the Standard Font or any Global Font available, and are different from database as well. When you apply the Template, this will consider the Local Font from your database so in that case you have to change the Standard Font from your database to get the desired effect using this Template.

I am still a bit confused about the font setting. When I try to edit the font of the template, I can only choose from the global fonts. However, in the model itself I need to use the local font(from database) . If I want to change the font of an object, where should I define the font type?

Hi Ye Ding,

In that you have to define the template to keep the 'standard' font type and you have to edit the standard font in local database then once apply the template this will get the current font from your local database as well.

If you want to change the font type to an object for example you just have to open the properties of obejct them can define the font type.
