Verlängerung der Schullizenz für den Projektraum

Hallo,

ich habe die Meldung erhalten, dass die Lizenz für die Schule ITECH am 11.8. ausläuft. Es gab allerdings keinen Hinweis, wie das Verfahren der Verlängerung läuft.

Kann mir jemand den Link bzw. einen Tipp geben?

Hallo,

Sie können sich an die ARIS for Schools Sektion in den University Relations FAQs schauen. Der Abschnitt "Welche Laufzeiten haben meine Tenants?" soll hier für Sie relevant sein.

Generell gilt hier, dass Sie einen neuen Voucher beantragen sollen und diesen für die Verlängerung verwenden.

Das mag für university relations gelten, bei aris4school läuft es etwas anders.

Dear Hoang Trung Tran,
my licence for aris for schools (room itechbili22) expired on 11 Feb 2023 but I cannot find a voucher for the prolongation.
Could you give me a hint, please?

Dear Mr.Binda,

to extend your aris for schools licence, pleaselog in and go to ARIS for Schools | ARIS BPM Community (ariscommunity.com). Then click on the "Subscribe" button on the top of the page to receive a new discount code for ARIS Cloud. Then, you should have also received an E-Mail that reminds you that your project room will expire soon with a button that says "JETZT ERNEUERN" or "RENEW NOW". Please click on the button to open a form in ARIS Cloud Shop and use your discount code there.
