When I downloaded the ARIS server it downloaded successfully and worked fine, but when I tried to configure the ARIS Cloud Controller it didn't work, What could be the problem?

If you don't have that shortcut, have you successfully ARIS Server?
In %temp% you should find ARIS_install.log which documents whether ARIS Server setup either has successfully installed ARIS Server or ran into an issue.

Actually, on that Windows computer where you have installed ARIS Server you should find a program shortcut ARIS Cloud Controller which is already set to connect to your local ARIS Server:
C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\acc\acc.bat -c "C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\generated.apptypes.cfg" -h localhost -u "Clous" -p 14000 -pwd "g3h31m"

I have a problem with the target properties,the one on the server is (C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\acc\acc.bat -h localhost -u Clous -pwd g3h31m -p 14000 -c "C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\generated.apptypes.cfg").
