I was just wondering if there has been any progress with fixing provisioning users from ARIS to Process Mining.
We recently upgraded from ARIS 9.8 to ARIS Cloud 10.20 & came across the issue during implementation - the provisioning process appears to finish, but the users never appear in Process Mining admin.
I can see there has been an upgrade to ARIS Process Mining but appears the issue still exists (at least for us).
Has anyone else encountered this issue, is it a known issue or is there something else we need to implement to get this working?
Any advice - is much appreciated.

Usually it works in other customers, for provisioning you can check if SCIM is defined in your ARIS Connect and the secret token is defined, in such cases, for example if you're using Azure also must provision user from Azure ID since the users provisioned to ARIS by using the Azure ID..
However, I suggest you create a Support Incident thru Empower Portal (empower.softwareag.com) and some log files should be checked to know which errors occurs and also to do a double check in the configuration...

Thanks for the response.
When we implemented it, it was an apparent known issue, so we had the set-up switched off. However, since the 10.22 upgrade I have switched back on, but still no success.
I will raise an Empower ticket as you suggested.
