Dear reader,
Thanks for your interest in ARIS Process Mining accelerators. This post informs about the right data to be used for the accelerators.
Case 1: SAP connected accelerators
Incase you have downloaded an accelerator that requires an SAP connection, the accelerator already has the necessary table structure defined in the extractions section of the data set. All you need to do is to connect it to an SAP system, extract the data from the predefined extractions and start using the accelerator.
Case 2: Jira/Freshworks/ServiceNow Accelerators
In this case, we have taken good care to ensure that the accelerator package is defined based on the out of the box definitions and the statues for tickets. Its advised to check for the customizations made in your source system and adjust the accelerators accordingly.
Dear Mercedes,
I assume that were logged into your ARIS Process Mining project room, navigated to Gallery and on the chosen solution you clicked on Get it now, right?
That should bring you through a wizard for creating a new project and installing the solution. And that should end up with this view:
Cheers

Hello
I am interested in APM - JIRA integration. How to get data from JIRA ? For JDBC and SAP there is Process Extractor tool (service which get data from source and send it to APM). But how it works in JIRA case? Is there any report on JIRA side ?
Best Regards
Szymon
