On the process landscape model i would like to show the reason to be of this process.
Il would like to add a very general object like a Package to show what is going in and what the process produce in output. With this objects the value chain is easier to understand.
More generally would it be possible to open the add symbols to a model ?

I try the general diagram but i cannot paste in it the value chain symbol and its not possible to draw or import a new symbol in the general diagram.

ah, yes, logically not... The symbol "Process" is not allowed in a general model. You can only copy an objects from model A to model B, if the objects are allowed in target model B.
Maybe we should make an exception here for the general model. I discuss that with my colleagues.
Oh, as I mentioned previously, it is not possible to add new symbols in Express.

since Express has a restricted method, we added the "general diagram", where you can create models without - our with your own - semantic.
Maybe you could just use that?
In Express, since there is no administration, it is not planned to make it possible to add own or other symbols.
