Hi, At Equinor we use ARIS for managment systems. and in old version of aris, we used to have user clicks logs including username and the url link they clicked, we gather these information to make user clicks report. After a version update, we no longer can find these logs, any idea where to find the logs for user clicks?
Hello Yuqing,
this might have been a custom solution in your older Aris version. AFAIK there is no single source for logging page visits with user names. Loadbalancer's httpd access log tells you the client IP and requested URL.
You would need a website analyzer. For Aris Connect Software AG refers to the external service Matomo, see ARIS Web Help (10SR20) for this topic: "If you want use Matomo to generate dashboards based on portal usage statistics of ARIS content, additional prerequisites must be met."
This setup would collect page accesses via Connect, but not by download clients.
A more robust DIY solution is how to get an audit trail or model page usage statistics
