Reporting tool is not working

Hi all,

Since yesterday, at least, the reporting tool is not working.

Neither from the designer tool nor from the administration console.

When launched from the admin console, after a while the following message is displayed"

"No resources available, try later"

The details are:

com.aris.modeling.common.serverremoteapi.core.webreport.CoReportResult.createError(CoReportResult.java:81)

com.aris.modeling.client.serverproxy.report.AReportProxy.handleProgressResultsFileTransfer(AReportProxy.java:731)

com.aris.modeling.client.serverproxy.report.AReportProxy.createReportProgress(AReportProxy.java:692)

com.aris.modeling.client.components.basecomponents.reportbase.logic.actions.AReportPerformer$1.run(AReportPerformer.java:130)

Could someone help please?

Hi Cristoph,

do you have any update about this issue, please?

Most likely this is a server side problem and might be affecting many users, right?

I have some validation sessions - that I had to postpone - and I would like to know if I can rely on ARIS or if I´ll have to look for some other solution.

Any information will be welcome,

I'm not on ARIS Cloud, but have the same error on ARIS Architect 9.8
