We need to upgrade our ARIS Cloud Basic trail version license (expired on 18 Apr 2018) to ARIS Cloud Advanced version. But we are unable to do so online, as we don't see the option to upgrade when we tried through the payment portal Avangate. For the expired ARIS Cloud free trial it's not possible to upgrade to ARIS Cloud Advanced anymore.
If you still have another Free Trial, you have the "update" ioption to Advanced in this free trial.
OR
You order a new ARIS Cloud Advanced project room and will transfer your data to it

Hi Christoph, Project room name is "intellectrpa" and it has 3 three databases namely 1. My first database expert 2.My First database(RPA2212) and 3.My First database (rpa22121).The above project room is registered with the email id intellectrpa@gmail.com. Now I have purchased ARIS Cloud Advanced which is registered with the email id maileroderaj@gmail.com. Request you to kindly move all the above three databases into the newly purchased advanced version
