Hello ARIS Community.
I have a problem regarding the header display in ARIS Connect. It turns out that I can display my header with logo in ARIS Architect, but when I want to display it in ARIS Connect , the logo is not displayed. I would like to know why and how to solve it.
Thanks!
Hi Rune Becker, thank for your answer!.
I share with you the attached image where I can see my complete header in ARIS Architect, but when I open my model to view it in ARIS Connect, it only shows the shape of my image, however it does not show my logo.
I would like to know, the cause of the problem and how to fix it?
Thanks, best regards!
Hey R,
I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. We are having exactly the same problem and have been since upgrading to Aris Connect in 2022 and it doesn't matter if I open a model (with the header & logo) in Edit mode or Published Veiw mode in Connect, the problem is the same. I just hadn't asked a question here on the Community or opened a SAG ticket as I thought is was just some "rendering quirk" and the PDF reports of Models still showed the logo correctly. Not to mention as an Admin I mostly use the Aris Architect Client. So it wasn't really a priority, but I am glad that you have asked the question and hopefully we will get to the bottom of this issue.
Thanks.
I actually don't have a solution. I never opened a SAG ticket. I just wanted to let RH know that "he isn't special" that other people are having the same problem. :-) ;-)
I am not sure what image file (png, uml, jpg etc.) was originalling imported as I was before my time with Aris. I will try and play around with some different formats as see if the problem is corrected.
Thanks.
So I just imported a current company logo PNG file that was about 50KB in size. This logo is displaying just fine now in Connect as well as in Architect Client. So as I said the initial logo was from before my time with Aris, so I don't know specifics about the original logo or why it may not have been displaying correctly in Connect, but a New Import of our Current Logo File has corrected the issue for me.
Hopefully this may help you, RH, as well.
