Hello,
To install the ARIS Architect AEP-Single for Students I need to download the 5.6 GB *** ARIS Client Setup 10.X for Windows Operating Systems. If I klick on the link (ftp://guest:guest@aris.softwareag.com) to download the program I only get the advice "you have no access to this side".
What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
I wont download ARIS for educational. I registered with my University E-Mail and this E-Mail address is deposited in my Account. But the link does not work. (ftp://university.relations:d0bb80aabb8619b6e35113f02e72752b@aris.softwareag.com/Education/ARIS_Client_10.0_SR5/ARIS.10…) Please can you help me? I don't know how to fix this problem.

Can you please tell me what product you are trying to use? I can see that you have downloaded the ARIS Education Package as well as subscribed to ARIS Cloud for Students.
Can you please also send a screenshot of the error?

Currently after opening the exl file i have this error
Dear Filip,
As you can see in the error message the source path contains illegal characters. Please use the install path "C:\" to avoid this error. Do not install in "C:\Program Files" or "C:\Program Files (x86)".
