Hello,   I'm using ARIS Cloud Advanced, but since last Sunday, the reporting tool does not work. When launching any report, we have the  message:  "Running Report... The action will be performed soo. It is currently in the queue waiting to be processed"  and after several minutes (40 - 60 minutes) sometimes it finishes well and sometimes show "Unknown error" message.   This happens on any report in any database, even a standard ARIS Cloud Elements database.   Is it possible to restart project room or how can I solve this problem?   Thanks a lot.
