Hi,
I am using ARIS 9.8 Architect. I wish to use the Import data from Excel report to mass import objects and attributes from Excel onto ARIS. For this purpose I need the relevant model type number for EPC row diagram and few type numbers for relevant user defined attributes.
For this I understand that I need to go to ARIS Admininstration > Configuration> Method> Model types / Attribute types.
Ideally the model types and attribute types should show up here where I can pick up the type numbers that I need. However for me it is showing a blank screen when I click on these two. (Screenshot attached). This issue exists only for these two - Model types & Attribute types. The complete list shows up for others like Attribute Symbols or Attribute type groups.
How can I view the type numbers of model types / attribute types.
Appreciate any help on this. Thanks!
