Details:
- Reads all PCF content xls sheets of APQC. Last tested version 8.0
- Imports the complete PCF content and used the provided taxonomie for the assignment structure and grouping structure
- Imports the mentioned Metrics as KPI object library elements and maps the to the process nodes (in the FAD / Satellite modeling approach of ONE Standard)
- This script is meant to support an initial load of the PCF data.
- It does not support an update scenario of exiting content towards a newer PCF version
