Command backup tenant is not working

Hello ARIS Community

I have an issue, I tried to run backup tenant command in acc but it failed with the next message:

Unable to back up tenant default.
Backup of tenant default was not successfull for application ABS
Cause:
The invoked operation "backupTenant" on runnable localhost.abs_l did not complete successfully, exit code: 1

Cause:
Problem executing operation beckupTenant on runnable abs_l: The following error occurred while executing this line:
E:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\bin\agentLocalRepo\.unpacked\20190426.164119_y-server-run-prod-10.0.7-runnable.zip\exec.xml:573: Java returned: 1

Hi Miguel,

Maybe this can be caused by not enough memory or some busy resource, please before to do the backup, try to restart the all runnables via acc and do the backup tenant again.

The error messag is not complete.

Please look for that error message in the agent log files. There is probably another line present.

This can also be caused by missing permissions. As you seem to use a dedicated user for the backup, please try to use the system user. If that works, your account is lacking an abs related permission.
