Hello ARIS community
I am planning to built a QM handbook in ARIS 9, so all processes and descriptions are stored on the system and basically the handbook or forms should be available per running a report.
I know there are several attributes that can be used describing processes and printing all together via reports...
My question would be is there any standard report and attributes someone can recommend for setting up a QM handbook, or is this some how supported anyhow?
Thanks for you comments in advance.
Best regards
Alexander

Hello Alexander,
there is a solution built by Global Consulting Services of Software AG, where you can configure your QM handbook report using a Word template. The template configures the report and it can drill through your model structure, so you get your chapters arranged in a similar logic as your modelling. Models diagrams are reported, objects are numbered and those numbers can be referenced in the tables that describe the diagrams.
Please contact your Software AG representative to enquire for pricing. The solution is called "ProcHandbook report" and comes with a manual.
