can not connect to ArisCloud administration.
Run Jar file, but unable to connect, tried many options.

I use Google chrome.
error message - can not connect to the server.

This could be caused by the Proxy settings.
did you enter any proxy settings? Do you have a screenshot of the error?

In the 1st screenshot, please enter your proxy credentials. The error message refers to the missing user name and password.regards
