Can we use shared mailbox or distribution list as email address when setting up a user?
Reason is we need to assign model to a responsible person (which is a user field). Just in case the responsible person goes on leave, if a change request comes through, no one else in the team knows a request is raised.

Hello Alison,
the person responsible should behave reponsibly before leaving and set ARIS processboard or "My Tasks" to pass on new tasks to a substitute for a specific period of time.
