Hello, I got this error while running a report in my ARIS Architect local version. What Should I do?

Hi,
get more memory... Or try DB.clearCaches() from time to time - depending on your report size...

Hi Ana,
I saw that you are using a local server and your ARIS Client need more memory to run.
You can add more available memory from your computer do be used by ARIS, also check if there is enough memory to run the ARIS and also your operation system.Edit the file launcher.cfg :
\SoftwareAG\ARIS9.8\Client\client\configuse this line:
MaxHeapSize=1024
if client doesn't start try to run using this value:
maxHeapSize=768
Save the file before to restart the Client.

Hello Thank you a lot for both answers, I can't really add more memory to my computer right now, and the script in the end, won't be runned on my computer. But on a server side computer. So I think it will be ok. Than you for the tips, I did try the clear cache but it didnt't solve it for me.

Hi Ana,
a way to increase the memory available to an application is to increase virtual memory. Some operation systems can do that on the fly, without a reboot and without adding hardware components to the computer. But this might lead to a significant performance drop. But it is worth a try. Just ask your system administrator to try that.
