Hi,
We are using ARIS Connect with SSO from AZURE Entra ID.
This is our ARIS version: 10.0.24.0.4348212
Our server is connecting with AZURE with success. AZURE is generating token with success, but when SSO response is received on ARIS SERVER, it is showing error message (image attached), with error code equals 10.

We did not update our ARIS SSO and AZURE SSO configuration, but it stopped to work during a weekend.
SSO is working fine on ARIS Architect. Our issue is only related with Portal.
We tried to find logs to analyze SSO error, but we couldn't find anything.
Do you have some idea about how to fix or debug this issue?

I would create a ticket with the support: Incident Management Portal - Jira Service Management. Potentially, har-files might help the support to identify the root cause and to find a solution.
