Patches for ARIS 10.0.27.0.310033587

Hello, ARIS Friends!

We tried set up ARIS 10.0.27.0.310033587, but we see following situation:

We tried install two patches: the first for Windows, the second for Linux. Patch for windows is ok, path for Linux is bad.

Please, does somebody know some information about this?

Hi Anna

Seeing your image it seems that your download has a virusscanner or system protection error.
Could you try to unzip the Patch zip file using Windows, if error still happening try to download again.
