ARIS integration with Workday / Cornerstone

Dear members

Require any clue / pointers for the possibilities to Integrate ARIS with Workday / Cornerstone (A Talent Management).

I checked with Global support and they confirms that there is not out of the box connector available however solution can be build by PS using standard ARIS interface.

Any clue would be appriciated.
