Hi everybody,
i got a problem with the install process of ARIS Express.
I have installed the newest version of the Java RE, but the ARIS setup isn´t able to find my JRE.
I tried to install different versions of the JRE and my Java installation works with all other programs which require a Java installation.
Someone knows where the problem is?

We had other users as well having problems, if there are some different versions of the JRE installed on the same machine.

Hi, Everybody.
same problems to install Aris. Installed java re7, 64 bit version and tried to install aris express 64 bit version. error because aris could not find java version 1.6._10 or higher.
I working with a windows 7, 64 bit system.
Any ideas?

did you try to install an 32 Bit JRE as well?

Finally i got it.
I had to completely uninstall the newest version of the java RE.
It does not work when you only choose the older version of java in the JRE console as the standard version.
Hope this will help someone else :)
