ARIS/SAP Business Architecture Consultant - Now Hiring

ARIS/SAP Business Architecture Consultant Enterprise Integration, Inc. is an international consulting company. Our primary focus is helping organizations plan and implement complex enterprise solutions using commercial software solutions. Our strengths include Enterprise Solution Design, Process & Data Integration, Service-oriented Composite Applications, IT Services Management and the managing and monitoring of implementation projects relative to enterprise solution architec¬tures. Our Primary focus is on technology landscapes that include large-scale enterprise software products. EII is seeking an ARIS consultant to support an international consulting project. The ideal candidate can live anywhere and must be willing to travel and work in an integrated team environment at customer locations. The candidate should have experience in developing architectures that contain SAP as the primary enterprise system on complex technology landscapes. The candidate must have knowledge of the basic principles behind Business Process Design & Analysis and the alignment of enterprise systems with organizational processes. Specific requirements include: • The ability to elicit and document business process requirements using the ARIS Business Architect platform. • The ability to design architecture views that are comprised of end-to-end business processes. • The ability to align system components (including SAP) with end-to-end business processes. • The ability to analyze end-to-end business processes and work with executives and project team members to ensure that the processes execute efficiently as system components (including SAP) change. • The ability to administer ARIS server, maintain databases, conduct web publishing, and perform troubleshooting • The ability to design ARIS modeling hierarchies and model/object types to be compatible with SAP Solution Manager synchronization. • The ability to perform ARIS-SolMan synchronization • The ability to collaborate with SAP subject matter experts in using SAP SolMan Business Process Repository (BPR) for SAP implementation blueprint design • The ability to facilitate workshops with various project process teams to develop Enterprise architecture models using ARIS 7.2 Business Architect for SAP. • The ability to develop documentation for client’s ARIS modeling standards using best practices, including a formalized control system for model updates. Required Experience 5+ years of general IT/systems experience of which at least 3 years must be specialized experience to include: • Project execution from inception to deployment • Advising large organizations on business process improvement and/or enterprise system alignment • Delivery/presentation of improvement recommendations to management • Writing thorough, accurate, and clear reports and deliverables for management use • Use of enterprise engineering techniques such as modeling, analysis, design Required Knowledge/Skills • Excellent communication (listening and speaking) and facilitation skills (critical) • Skills in program and project management • Expert in ARIS, SAP SolMan, and enterprise architecture Educational Requirements • BS degree in Information Systems (Technical) or equivalent plus 5 years of technical advisory services experience or equivalent. • Minimum two years of experience in best practice business process modeling and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Qualified candidates should contact Beth Medley at beth.medley@eiisolutions.net or call 256-270-0558 x776.
