Right now I am working and learning on the ARIS mini workflows and I am curious if there is any documentation on the topic. Meaning manuals, tutorials, any specifications on them. It would be very helpful to see these types of documents, if there are any and I would appreciate it a lot.

In the ARIS Connect help you can read what result each workflow produces:
If you really need to follow the logic the of those mini workflows, you could review them in Process Board, or you could review the process models of the mini workflows in the database ARIS Connect Governance Models. Restore the corresponding ADB file on your ARIS DVD from folder .\Content\Databases.
