We're currently facing severe disruptions affecting multiple clients using ARIS Advanced. Users are experiencing major issues with accessing the system:

  • Login Failures: After entering login credentials, many users are encountering an empty, unresponsive screen, preventing access entirely.
  • Desktop Application Errors: Users who manage to access the server and download the desktop application see an error screen similar to the attached screenshot, making login impossible.

  • Unexpected Session Termination: Some users report abrupt session terminations during active work, leading to significant workflow interruptions.

This situation is causing critical operational disruptions for numerous clients.

We urgently request immediate investigation and resolution from the ARIS support team. If anyone else is experiencing similar issues, please share your observations and possible temporary workarounds.
