I have been able to upload .csv files to ARIS Process Mining but I'm recently getting the error that the upload is "Defective" or sometimes that there are zero rows uploaded, even though I've successfully uploaded the same file previously.
Is there a way to troubleshoot a .csv file for issues?
Is there a way to create an output .csv file from ARIS Process Mining that I can then populate with my data and import back into ARIS?
