I am creating process models and I was wondering how to represent (yes or no) XOR to the model.

I would propose simply to place a XOR symbol and if you want to see the yes or no option in the diagram according to the tow different outgoing connections from the connector, you shoudl enter this in an attribute of each connection and make the attribute visible via the property dialog.
