Hy everyone!
I'm trying to model a KPI Tree on Business Architect 7.0. I read about this model on the Method Help, but it doesn't seem to be available at all.
I went to Configuration/Model Types and the KPI Tree model type it's not there.
Does anyone know how can I add this model type?

I am not from IDS but based on my experience the following model types are available only if ARIS BSC functionality is activated through the license key in ARIS Business Architect:
- BSC cause-and-effect diagram
- KPI allocation diagram
- KPI tree.

Yes, that's true, the mentioned diagram types including KPI Tree are part of our BSC product and therefore not available in ARIS Business Architect.

Someone from IDS Scheer can proabably confirm or refute this but I believe that the KPI Tree is part of the Balanced Scorecard solution and requires a different license key to get access.
