Hi,
I've created an APG flow and have used the service "Lock Model(s)/Object(s)" provided by ARIS. However, the APG is unable to lock the model, and it fails at this lock activity. Upon checking in 'Console' I see an error "Instance [Instance ID] of process {ids-scheer.com/age/process}APG_flow_name status is set to ISSUE_RESOLVATION".
Has anyone else faced similar issue and can help resolve it?

Hi,
Is the model maybe locked already and therefore the "out of the box" lock/unlock functionality is giving this error?
Have you tried locking/unlocking items with ARIS reports?
You can use "Create - Report" service to call a report in a certain process step which will then handle the locking and unlocking of certain item.
In my opinion, report is better approach because you have more control over the locking functionality and also the ability to check errors/issues in case any of them occur.
