One user can change the font properties, in fact can't access all the attributes related to font and format. There is a way to enable/disable this? Cause I check and can't find anything.

the user needs a function privilege "attribute formatting". You can assign this in the Administration in ARIS Architect. Go to the database, open the list of users (or user groups), open the user (or user group) in question and select "function privileges". Place a checkmark at "attribute formatting". As you can see you can assign this privilege per database and per user.

Hi Diego,
we are using ARIS 9.8 SR3. I attached a screenshot of the properties-dialog which is in german - but the english translation of the second function-privilege in the list is 'Attribute formatting' (what you were looking for).
To get there I open the Administration Tab, select a user and double-click to open the properties-dialog - then select on the vertical menu the 'function privilege'-section.
Hope it helps you finding this attribute.
