Hello,
I am a student at the University of Mauritius and I am trying to activate ARIS Cloud for Students for a university assignment that is due this Friday.
I initially received an ARIS Cloud for Students voucher, but unfortunately I did not complete the registration within the 7-day validity period. I therefore did not receive the project-room login details.
I subsequently requested the student subscription again and received a new voucher email using my University of Mauritius email address. However, when I click the new exclusive ARIS Cloud Shop link, the checkout shows €630.00 and displays “Invalid coupon code!”
The email I received states that the order total should remain €0.00, as ARIS Cloud for Students is completely free.
I have already contacted the University Relations team by email regarding this issue, but I have not yet received a response. As I need access to ARIS for an assignment due this Friday, I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.
I have attached a screenshot of the checkout page showing the issue.
