Wondering if any of you can, once again, help me with some of the basics.
Our ARIS RACI in published content view lacks the Support role even though we are have set up the role S and we are using it in the models.
How can we change this view by adding the S role so we have the complete RASCI matrix?

Hi David,
I had a similar question a while ago (I wanted to get rid of the unused entries- because it is hard to read if your eyes have to filter for the ONE underlined value in the cell).
I was told that I should not bother with that RACI tab- instead I was told that it would be easier to integrate such a view in the Overview/Fact sheet tab. Haven't done it until now, but I am planning to do that :)

I couldn't agree more about the pain of reading the underlined role (there must be someone slightly sadistic programming out there...).
I guesthat the Overview tab you are referring to the one below. Do you know of any documentation on how to modify this view? Our implementing consultant left us nothing :( and there's a few things we'd like to enhance.

Do you plan to implement the latest release any time soon? If that is the case, I would not bother with the current factsheet. I haven't checked it fully, but it looks way easier to implement.

What do you mean implement the lastest release? I can see several new features features after the release of SR24 but I can't see anything different in the factsheet.
Is there anything we must do? Being my first realese with ARIS I am a bit lost. Also surprised about the lack of information (I had to find myself about the new single session start...)

HI David,
Maybe you need to check your rights. In the overview tab, there is a pen icon. When you select that, you have the option: Configure fact sheet.
However, I haven't been able to figure out a nice way for how to configure the RACI topic (,yet?).

I don't have the Contribute and Configure fact sheet options, just Edit model though we have an ARIS Advance edition and I have an Architect license.
May this feature be available only in Enterprise?
