Problem with Aris Architect 7.2 - Unable to find files sapjco3.jar

Hi Guys, how are you?

I am with the following problem:

I need to syncronize my project with Aris x Solman. I configured the sapjco3.jar and sapjco3.dll in my computer and in the server.

Now, when I click in Transfer project I received this message: Unable to find file sapjco3.jar.

Landscape:

Server: Aris 7.2.4 - Windows 2003 x64 - JRE of Aris(JRE 1.7.0_07_x64) - JCO 3.0.9 x64

Client: Architect 7.2.4 - Windows 7 x64 - JRE of Aris(JRE1.7.0_17_x86) - JC) 3.0.9 86

Can I help me?

This problem is with my computer or in the server....

Dear Eder,

Did you follow the instructions provided on this page to prepare your system with SAP JCo?

Maybe you want to start with paragraph 2.3 where you can check your client and server individually.

The error indicates the ARIS can't find the SAPJCO file, either because the version is not supported or the file is in the wrong location.

The 2 locations are always the same

1) Windows/system32 for a x86 system or Windows/SysWOW64 for a x64 system

2) the \lib folder in ARIS.

a) ARIS72\Javaclient\lib for a client

b)ARIS72\Server\lib for a Server

If in doubt, put it in each of the locations :) Can't go wrong
