I'm a ARIS Designer. I wanna make a PCD Model type, where i can find it? is it has a different name?

Well, I think Elsa asked for the PCD model type (Process Chain Diagram) which is of course also in Process view.

The "Process Chain Diagram (PCD)" Model Type you comment is the same "DCP" show in the Model Wizard:
