Steps, RACI etc. on imported models

Hello,

I have imported a databese (7.2) with a few method changes and a filter to go. I understand that Process Live doesn't allow custom filters or method changes but most of the method changes are reverted to ARIS default which is ok for my trial purposes.

However,

I can't get the Steps or RACI functions to work on my imported EPC's or VACDs. None of those views are available for my imported models. If I create new models they are available.

Is it the import from 7.2 that causes the problem? Are there any details on Steps or RACI somewhere?

Hi Eric,

only the 'Diagram' tab is displayed for your imported model. Am I right? This results from the fact that you have imported a database with method changes and a customized filter. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to add the 'Steps' and 'RACI' functionality/tab to your imported model at a later date.

Yes, that is correct.

Is this an issue in Connect as well?

I've tried to find information on how Connect copes with custom methods and filters without success. I imported a mockup database just to give my colleagues an impression of connect. As a first impression it suffices but questions like these do arise and are important for us that have invested a lot in customizing method and developed filters. I realize this is a bit out of scope for this board.

unfortunately, this is an issue in Connect as well. There is also some good news: we are working on a solution for this problem. But I´m not yet in a position to announce a delivery date (it´ s planned for the end of this year).
