My on-premise installed ARIS often getting error when access from Chrome/Chromium based browsers. And the dialog shows like this
Internal error An error occurred. Please refer to the log file for details. 0
It took a few refresh browser for like 30-40 secs, until it gets normal again for another 5 minutes. It happen on every device that access ARIS from Chrome/Chromium based browsers. It never gets an error with Firefox or Safari Browser. Unfortunately I can't enforce whoever wanna access ARIS should using Firefox, so I need to know how to fix it.
While I'm curious with the log file, I don't know where it located. Is there any clue on how to fix this or where the log file located?

To start the investigation, you can try to debug the issue, using the "chrome://net-export/" URL . Maybe the issue can be related to missed certificate to Chrome, but this net-export can show more details.
