a collegue of mine installed his version of Aris Express recently - while he is tryin to log in he gets a error message (please see attachement). The problem here is that the connection to the internet is working 100%.Already reinstalled but wont help anyway - help help :)

Hi,
might be, but that does not mean, that Express is allowed to call back to the community to check the account.
Express needs HTTPS, so make sure, that Java applications are allowed to connect to the internet.
In addition, just check within the Java panel (reachable by the system panel), that the proxy settings are used.
