ARIS Process Mining SaaS - Codified Language

Most likely causes

1. CSS or JavaScript files are not loading
   • The application may be failing to load its frontend resources.
   • This often results in buttons appearing as text labels and broken layouts.
2. Corporate network security tools
   • Since you work in a corporate environment, tools such as Zscaler, web filtering, ad blockers, privacy extensions, or security policies may be blocking ARIS resource files.
   • I notice another open tab related to Zscaler, which makes this a possibility.
3. Browser extension conflict
   • Ad blockers, script blockers, Dark Reader, privacy extensions, etc., can interfere with modern web applications.
4. ARIS SaaS environment issue
   • There may be a problem specific to the tenant/environment rather than your browser.

Troubleshooting steps

Step 1: Open Browser Developer Tools

1. Press F12
2. Go to Console
3. Refresh the page
4. Look for:
   • Red errors
   • 404 errors
   • Failed JavaScript files
   • CSP (Content Security Policy) errors

Step 2: Check Network Requests

1. Press F12
2. Open Network
3. Refresh the page
4. Filter for:
   • CSS
   • JS

Look for files with:

• 404
• 403
• Blocked
• Failed

Step 3: Test Outside Corporate Network

Try:

• Home Wi-Fi
• Mobile hotspot

If the issue disappears, it is very likely a network security/proxy issue.

Step 4: Disable Extensions

Temporarily disable:

• AdBlock
• uBlock
• Privacy Badger
• Dark Reader
• Script blockers

Then reload ARIS.

Thanks Amandeep. I have checked with our internal digital teams, and now some pages are fully blocked. So this does seem like a security issue. 

For a minute I was suspectful of if the website is legit or not. Is there a way I can demonstrate to internal security teams that the weblink for this is safe? Is there an organic link for ariscloud available on the ARIS website somewhere that I can show as a proof of link source to ARIS?
