Hardlock key doesn't work

Hi,

I have a problem with hardlock key for ARIS 7.xx. There was reinstalled OS to Windows 8.1 on my colleague's notebook, and since the hardlock key doesn't work - after starting ARIS it doesn't identification the hardlock key. I've installed hardlock driver - hldrv32.exe -, but it didn't help.

Can you help me with this problem?

Hi, try to install driver and than ARIS by admin user (start programs by right click)

Hi Alexander,

I've already installed driver and tried to start ARIS by admin user, but it didn't help. I think it may be problem with Windows 8.1, because the same hardlock key is function on the PC with OS Windows 7.
