Aris Publisher Compatibility

With ARIS 10.0 Service Release 14 we have announced that ARIS Business Publisher has been retired. SR14 was the latest update to that product. So the answer is no, Publisher for SR15 is not supported.

Already 2018 we provided Why Now is the Time - Moving From ARIS Publisher to ARIS Connect in 2018 | ARIS BPM Community (ariscommunity.com) to convince customers replacing ARIS Publisher with ARIS Connect as the way forward.
