Hi,
I'm always getting this error when trying to create a profile to use Aris for Free
This is after clicking the basic version trial, entering all required information and submitting.
I do get emails on invoices, but not clear on how to actually utilize the free version.

regardless of this message, you should receive your ARIS account details in another email from usermanagement@ariscloud.com. It could take several minutes.
Were you able to log in to your project room?
