Dear Donnie,
Could be a corrupt ADB file. But this is just a guess. I sugget to create the ADB file in 7.1 again (if possible) and try restoring in 9.5 once more.
Otherwise, only Global Support ARIS could help here by inspecting your ADB file.

I suspect that the error is that you are trying to import a database from ARIS 7.1.
As far as I know, it is only possible to import databases from version 7.2 in to ARIS 9.x
Therefor you should first convert the database to version 7.2

Now, I am trying to restore from 7.2 to 9.5.
When I using ARIS Client, Client occurred error as below. The connection to ARIS Server 'localhost or ip address' has been interrupted. ARIS is attempting to reconnect. If this attempt fails, please inform your system administrator and restart the ARIS Server. So I asked to empower e-service. Thanks in advance.Regards,
