IDS GRC vs. MEGA and SAP

The process-driven ARIS Solution for Governance, Risk, and Compliance Management enables flexible introduction and efficient operation of an enterprise-wide risk and compliance management system. Aren't these functionalities in MEGA pls? I am searching for any possible advantages of ARIS above MEGA (and Sparx EA) and it starst to be a little critical for me :o)
