Hi,

I want to have a superscript and subscript kind of texts (For example  we write 1st where st is in power of 1 as Superscript)for Multi line text attribute type in ARIS. Is there any possibility to  have such kind of texts. Would appreciate the help. Thanks in advance

Regards,

Dear Krishna,

Which exact ARIS attribute did you try to enter superscript characters, such as ¹ or ² or ³ ?

I tried multi-line attribute Description on a model, and it worked well.

Cheers

Hi Rune,

Thank You for your reply. :)

We have a "Description" attribute of type Multi Line text that for all model  and object types in ARIS , and for this attribute when I try to enter SuperScript(1st September)in its value ,I'm not able to enter it. As you suggested it is possible and it worked well for you , could you please assist me with the approach that you followed. Thanks in advance.

OK, you are speaking of an automatic replacement of "1st" to "1" and "st" in superscript?

Well, we don't support that, but you should be able to copy such formatted into a multi-line attribute.

Hi Rune,

Thanks for your reply.

As suggested by you I have copied the superscript format from Microsoft word and pasted it on the Description attribute value which is of type Multi line text(Please find attached the below two screenshots).

However the format do not reflect in the value of the Description attribute in ARIS.Could you please advise us on this. Thanks in advance.

If you want to take over content from a Microsoft Word document, you could import a .DOC/.DOCX file into attribute Documentation:
