Hi, I wonder if the GRC software can be used for registering nonconformance (ISO 9001) on products and/or processes ? If so, can it be interfaced with the lotus notes e-mail system ?
If GRC is not ideal for this purpose, could you recommend an alternative nonconformance software ?
