I had installed ARIS Express without problem yesterday.
Toaday I talked to a colleague how this software could be interesting for her.
But she had a problem. The installation seems to be OK but the connection require to apply a licence key ?
Why and how she can use the software as it is indicated for free (I think without licence key) ?

yes, a license key is not needed. It is just a technical issue, so we need more information:
What system is your colleague using? Does she have a "server based user profile directory"? (That indicates, that the user profile is not stored locally, but on a remote location. E.g. mine is locally: c:\documents and settings\MyAccound\...)
On the user profile, Express stores some settings. If that is not possible, the data needed could not be found.
